Peanut Butter Cookies made with Bisquick

The simplest Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe Ever!

Two cups of Bisquick
3/4 a cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 can of sweet 'n condensed milk

Roll them in sugar, fork them down flat, and bam in the oven for 6 minutes at 300F and your done.

Bisquick Coffee Cake

Do you remember the old Bisquick Coffe cake Recipe that was printed on the box of Bisquick? This Sunday I looked at the back of the box for that recipes and it was GONE!! Everyone has to have a classic coffee cake recipe with a delicious streusel topping. This coffee cake recipe is really easy to prepare. I doubled up the streusel topping, you'll thank me later!

Bisquick Coffee Cake, Betty Crocker
Heat oven to 375°F.

The Ingredients are,
Cinnamon Streusel
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. Make Cinnamon Streusel; reserve. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Mix in a 1/4 of the Streusel topping, spread in pan.Cover with Cinnamon Streusel. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown, testing with a toothpick.

Cinnamon Streusel Topping

2/3 cup Original Bisquick® mix
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter or margarine (firm)

Mix all ingredients in small bowl until crumbly.
Cutting them with a knife and fork helps seperate the butter.

Bisquick Recipes Cookies - Easy & Quick To Prepare!

These bisquick recipes cookies are quick, easy and delicious. Just check these out and I'm sure you'll be amazingly surprised.

So here we go for some bisquick recipes cookies:

>> Bisquick Cookies

1 egg
1 instant pudding/small package
1/4 c oil
3/4 c bisquick

Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

>> Bisquick Sausage
1 lb cheddar cheese
1 lb breakfast sausage
3 c bisquick mix

Combine sausage, bisquick and grated cheese and mix very well. Form into 1 to 2 inch size balls. Place on un greased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. May be made ahead and frozen.

>> Bisquick Butterscotch Brownies
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 box brown sugar
1 can coconut
1 stick butter- room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups bisquick® baking mix
4 large eggs

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9x13 baking pan. Bake on preheated 350f oven for 45 minutes. Cool on rack, cut while warm.

>> Strawberry Shortcake (Bisquick)
2 Pt strawberries -- sliced
2/3 c sugar
2 1/3 c bisquick
3 tb sugar
3 tb margarine or butter -- melted
1/2 c milk
3/4 c whipping (heavy) cream

Sprinkle strawberries with 2/3 c. Sugar; let stand 1
hr.

Preheat oven to 425 f.

Mix bisquick, 3 tb. Sugar, margarine and milk until
soft dough forms. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into
6 mounds on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with
sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
Split shortcakes; spoon strawberries between halves
and over tops. Top with whipped cream.

High altitude: heat oven to 450 f. Decrease the 3 tb.
Sugar in shortcakes to 1 tb.

Impossible Banana Cream made with Bisquick

Impossible Banana Cream
8 servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/2 c Bisquick
1/3 c Margarine, melted
2 Bananas, sliced
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Whipping cream, chilled
3 Eggs
2 tb Sugar, confectionary

Heat oven to 350 deg. Grease 9 in. pie plate. Place milk, margarine,vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick in blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pourinto plate.Bake about 30 min. Arrange bananas on pie. Beat whipping cream and powderedsugar until stiff. Spread over top of pie, covering bananas.

Suggestion:Slice bananas after pie is baked and just before covering with whippedcream.)

Impossible Brownie Pie

1 servings

4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar; Packed
1/2 c Bisquick
4 oz Chocolate; Melted, cooled
3/4 c Nuts; Chopped
1/4 c Margarine or butter; soften

Preheat oven to 350~. Grease 9" pie plate. Beat all ingredients except nuts
until smooth; 2 minutes in blender on high, stopping blender occasionally
to stir, or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate; sprinkle with
nuts. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35
minutes. Serve with ice cream, if desired.

Wagon Wheel Sausage Pie Bisquick Recipe

Wagon Wheel Sausage Pie
Cheese/eggs

6 servings
12 oz Sausage, little sizzlers
3 c Hash browns, loose, frozen
1/2 c Green onions, chopped
2 tb Milk
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
8 oz Cream cheese
3/4 c Bisquick
1/3 c Milk 2 ea Egg

Cook sausages and drain. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Spread potatoes in pie
plate. Mix together next 5 ingredients and spread over potatoes. Arrange
sausages in spoke fashion on top. Mix together bisquick, milk and eggs and
pour around sausages. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
