Delicious Bisquick Biscuit

There's nothing that will really compare to the aroma of biscuits in the oven. When you experience that you just do not have time to prepare delightful biscuits from scratch, or in case you do not know how, just grab the box of Bisquick plus little milk, and you happen to be perfectly on your way. 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick
2/3 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Butter
1/4 tsp baking soda


Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Add baking soda to Bisquick. Cut in butter, then add milk. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick or flour. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2" thick. Cut with 3" cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 9 biscuits.
