Bisquick Blueberry Muffins

This recipe is straightforward and very simple. You can definitely appreciate this scrumptious, tasty and delectable Bisquick Blueberry Muffins recipe. Quite often nothing at all is far better than blueberry muffins and this scrumptious recipe exhibits just that. Try it!

1 egg
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup blueberries

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom only of 12 medium size muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Fold in blueberries into batter. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

I just looked at this recipe on the box and it's the exact same recipe only it calls for 2 cups of bisquick not one.

It does need 2 cups--not one as this recipe here says. I hope it gets corrected.
